    For what it is, its actually pretty decent. Its a little run down (maybe a little more then a little), but the owners are very pleasant and its surrounded by massive trees. It is right on the water and gives a nice cottage feel. I was forced to stay here because everything else in town was booked but it turned out to be great. Short enough cab ride to the core area. All in all, it is what it is but the property it resides on is fantastic. A few brew and yer all good. Its no Hilton but few Hiltons have this cottage feel. Over all 6 outta 10.
